Already 1-3 and not looking to improve, it’s the quarterback position that’s killing me week after week. I drafted Peyton Manning, thinking he’d be back, no question. I was so confident in Manning that I didn’t take my backup QB pick very seriously and drafted Cutler, our hero, thinking he could help me during Manning’s bye week and then he could ride the bench the rest of the season. Quickly learning that Manning was out for what looked like the entire season, Cutler became my leader. I’ve drafted a slew of backups since. Garrard who got dropped by Jacksonville a day or two after I picked him up, Matt Cassel who is a total dud and now Matt Hasselbeck, who’s impressively average. I also have a fantasy favorite in running back Chris Johnson who has yet to have an impressive game. Going up against the likes of Brady, Brees and that raccoon looking little freak Rodgers, who are scoring upwards of 70 points a game, I was finished before the season even started. The only parts of my team doing well are my tight end, my defense and my kicker, the three positions in the game that mean virtually nothing relative to the stack of points receivers, backs and QB’s pile up. Oh, last but not least, thanks Wes Welker for kicking ass this year, but you’re on a sinking ship and you can’t do it alone. The two leads are unknowns which will make a lot of people happy and Kristen Stewart’s in it and I like her face.
